All this due to a product that combines its high emissivity and reflectance to reduce the temperature by up to 70%.<\/p>\n

Thanks to applications like COOL-R we are finding ecological buildings that make a difference using materials and applications that do not harm the environment. If to this we add the use of solar panels, wind systems or the reuse of water, the energy saving is much greater.<\/p>\n

Pearl River Tower – Guangzhou<\/strong>
\nThis building was presented in China in 2010 and, besides its futuristic design, the building produces more energy than it actually consumes. The cooling system is unique and this makes air conditioning consumption minimal. In addition, a solar and wind energy system is used to reduce consumption.<\/p>\n

Commerzbank Tower – Frankfurt<\/strong>
\nThis building located in Germany is not only one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world but was one of the first to be a sustainable building. With a height of 256 meters and a total of 56 floors, it receives air and natural light for the entire office from a central column.<\/p>\n

EU Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market – Alicante<\/strong>
\nIn 2015, this complex was declared the most sustainable in Spain and Portugal. It reached the maximum score of the BREEAM certificate, a recognition that the COOL-R application also has. The BREEAM title is responsible for assessing the ecological use of the soil, the well-being and health of the building, energy, waste, pollution, and innovation.<\/p>\n

Reichstag – Berlin<\/strong>
\nThe seat of the German Parliament was built in 1894 and renovated in 1995 to create a building centered on improving the environment through a combination of solar energy and mechanical ventilation.<\/p>\n

David Brower Center – California<\/strong>
\nThis building has 53% recycled materials and energy-saving systems such as solar panels. In addition, this building has obtained the LEED certificate, another of the documents that COOL-R has, a recognition for the lighting system, natural ventilation, heating and reuse of rainwater.<\/p>\n
