Selena Group, one of the leading producers and distributors of construction chemicals and owner of the TYTAN and QUILOSA brands, has recorded an increase in net profits of 89.8% year-to-year, with PLN 20.72 million in the first semester of 2019. Revenues in this period were 6.3% higher, amounting to PLN 617.16 million, while EBIT increased 84.8% to PLN 34.64 million. The H1 result reflects a continuation of the trend observed in the first quarter, when the company’s profits increased compared to the previous year. Selena Group benefits, in this way, from the effects of organic growth, the commitment to cost discipline and an increase in sales in the high margin product segment and a fall in financial expenses, including exchange differences.
